Upper management is non-existent because most of those guys are filling in at restaurants that are understaffed.
Because the company is understaffed they have put people in management positions that are children, 19 20 years old running a million dollar company. The bonus structure changes every year and The annual review and raise is a joke with a 3% average which adds up to very little of an increase weekly. Management is expected to work 50 hours which turns into more every week and everybody in the building is hourly with exception of the GM who usually works 60 plus hours. Now since the father and son sold it the company is a corporate machine that currently just keeps adding and adding and adding to the menu even though the entire company is under staffed.
